I was asked to introduce myself. They also asked about the internet connection. I was given a situation in which a Japanese student has some kind of attitude. Next, they asked the meaning of adverb and the idiom "every cloud has a silver lining".
What kind of degree do you have?
All the questions were basic and easy. You were required to give a short sample lesson which may make some people nervous but it wasn't bad.
The most difficult part was trying to role-play a teaching situation over skype with no video.
Open-ended questions that asked about prior experience (I didn't know exactly what populations I'd be serving -- for instance, I didn't know that SFLS clients would include both adults and children).

How do you engage your students?
They asked why I wanted to live in Japan and if I thought I would be able to commit to a full contract (if I could afford it, if I had any family that I had to worry about/take care of in my home country, if I could handle living abroad for so long, etc).
