Like most English Teacher interviews, they asked me what three texts I found to be most vital in the curriculum of an English class.
Tell me about yourself.
Rather than discuss my experience and how that may apply to the position for which I was interviewing, nearly all the questions were psychological, asking upfront if I'd ever had any "incidences" (aka butted heads with) coworkers in the past. I was also told me that there would be a second part of the interview that would involve some tests of my ability, but didn't get around to those in my interview and wasn't contacted again.
