STAR/Behavioral questions (ex. What is your greatest weakness? Tell me about a time you went above and beyond to help a customer? Tell me about a tine when you screwed up and what did you do to fix it?...) Make sure to hit all four points in your answer, No role play. Ask them 3-5 questions at the end.
Nothing was unexpected, as they tell you after your phone interview to be prepared to answer another 4 behavioral questions in the in-person interview. 2 of my questions were the same as the phone interview.
