all were surface level questions, nothing deep or difficult.
Asked me if I would be able to work with co-workers who were significantly younger. I felt this exhibited ageism, which I experienced after being hired.
Nothing too difficult, but the assessment showed me to be an unqualified candidate, even after being a leader and working for the University of Phoenix for several years. It is an indicator that what they say and what they do are two different things.
All questions were behavioral based questions like: Tell me of a time.... How would you handle a workplace conflict.... What do you anticipate this job to be like on a day to day basis....
tell me a time in the past year where you lead an initiative
"Sell us this pen"
Greatest weakness?
Not difficult.
The cold call role play was not expected and the manager will call you and pretend they are a student who inquired online. They will be difficult and your goal is to get them in to the school or enroll. You have to do this without knowing anything about the programs and tuition so it is just a way to see if you can overcome no and not sound to pushy.
