Very disappointing. After reviewing my resume, the interview/founder only told me about the job description very briefly, but he didn't ask any questions about my background, experiences or skills, nor did he try to get to know me. Then he ended the "interview" in five minutes. How "efficient"!!! This kind of experience NEVER happened to me before. Really feel like being discriminated! Felt I also wasted my time of preparation.

Typical interview questions. Make sure that you ask a lot of questions in the initial interview, even though they say that they will cover all of them during the second interview when you shadow.
During the preliminary interview they asked what I was going to be doing for the rest of the day. I felt as if they genuinely cared if I was going to have a good rest of the day. This is a great sign and generally means it's going to be a caring and healthy work environment.
I am not able to provide any specific questions, because the interview was more of a conversation.
All questions were based on personal life (i.e. siblings, pets, do you travel, etc.)
The whole process is pretty easy.
