What are you looking for in your career?
There really weren't any unexpected questions as I researched a variety of typical interview questions before I interviewed. The hardest questions are always the ones with an either/or scenario where you would have to pick a phrase or word that would describe you best. There is no way to prepare for those other than knowing yourself-strengths and weaknesses included.
What are your weaknesses.
They actually asked me what's your biggest weakness.
Why did you quit other job? Tell me about yourself etc.
Why us?
Why are there gaps in your resume?
Asking me the same question several times because recruiter wasn't paying attention and asking me questions about my background/experience which clearly did not apply to me if he had so much as glanced at my resume or skill test scores.
Why do you want to work here? What makes you a great candidate? Tell me about a time you failed? What are your greatest strengths? Why this industry? Tell me about yourself?
