i was asked to explain a time at a former job where my integrity was questioned and what i did to overcome it.

Very disappointing. After reviewing my resume, the interview/founder only told me about the job description very briefly, but he didn't ask any questions about my background, experiences or skills, nor did he try to get to know me. Then he ended the "interview" in five minutes. How "efficient"!!! This kind of experience NEVER happened to me before. Really feel like being discriminated! Felt I also wasted my time of preparation.
