Entry Level Sales Position Interview Questions

Let me talk a little more about the first interview. During the interview, the nice lady started by introducing herself and the company. According to her, the company is an "outsource(d?) marketing" company. I still have no idea what that means. She told me, however, they have major financial institution(a bank we all know) as their biggest client and big companies are lining up just to receive their service, which is also the reason "why we don't have to market about ourselves", as she remarked. She looked quite convinced by what she said and quite happy about her job, or maybe it's just the truth. What's more, she said the company does marketing campaign "on behalf of their clients". As a result, people DON'T get to know the company. "Invisible like a ninja?" I asked. She nodded as response. Now if you ever had a chance to look up to the company website, maybe you'll see that there's no specific information (such as their clients) on the website. It's all general talking. She proceeded with describing what kind of people they are looking for. Based on her description, I think she's looking for someone who can help her coach the others, and help out with some HR work. I am not sure that was exactly what she meant though. Maybe I heard her wrong. But one thing I was clear about was, the role was vague. The role of the company or of the open position, it's vague. Up to this point, again, vague is still the most appropriate word I can find to describe the whole image I perceived. As I said, I didn't go to the second interview. I sent them emails (by replying to the guide&direction-to-the-first-interview email), no reply. But they called me several times the next morning as if they ignored my email. I didn't pick up any of them. The reason I want to describe the whole process of the first interview is still, nothing seems absolutely wrong about the company, it's just a feeling. Hope it's neither misleading nor offensive to anybody out there who's confident about this company. Please do rely on your own judgement. P.S. I am really glad to finally see an review by someone who's been working there, it somehow verifies some of my guesses. In the end, I am not suggesting that there's anything wrong with the company. Can't stress more.
