They asked about my experience with GIS, my experience with water quality related issues, about the importance of having diversity in the staff of NJDEP, my experience with communicating to angry people, etc. They were pretty comprehensive. I believe it took 45 minutes. It probably would have taken longer if I didn't keep on answering multiple questions at once by accident.
Why are you interested in this position? What skills do you have that you would bring to this position? Very standard. I don't remember anything out of the ordinary or that I hadn't prepared for.

What are your salary requirements?
For promotions, you must answer correctly what the supervisor's responsibilities are for EEO. A colleague told me they had changed from what I had emailed out. If so, then the Personnel Department has not posted them. Kinda makes it hard to answer the question correctly, unless your management provides it to you so that you can get a high score.
