There were no difficult questions. Everything was a conversation, with give-and-take (it was a pleasure!). The only thing that I was expecting (foolish me) was a standard interview-type question from someone OUTSIDE of the specific group I would be working in: Can you describe a situation where you've encountered difficulty working on a project or with a person and tell me how you resolved that?
