Round 1 was mostly about questions revolving around my educational background, skills, and previous work experiences. They asked me about a time when I had to deal with a difficult customer and assessed my strengths and weaknesses as well. Round 2 was technical and comprised of NetSuite (mostly related to prior experience) and accounting-based questions. There were some situation-based questions as well. For example, they wanted to see how I would approach a specific situation, both from a technical as well as behavioral perspective. They were really interested in knowing if I was a team player and asked me to identify my top skills as a consultant.
