When working for your previous employer, describe a situation where your manager was unavailable and you had to make a descision on an urgent matter that came up . What was the outcome of your decision?
Seriously, they only were asking what my skills were in order to know what to offer the managers of various departments.
1. Tell me a time when you just could not make a closing happen and how did you handle it? 2. Tell me a time when you went above and beyond for a client/customer? 3.On an avergage, how many closings are you used to handling on a monthly basis?
No questions were asked. They refused to interview me even though I meet the qualifications and the position has been open for a year. Age discrimination is alive and well.
They wanted to know that I can excel in a fast paced environment and retain information, as things change frequently and there are many nuances; they basically need someone that can keep up and hit the ground running.
Did not apply to me, as they were courting me.
basic interview questions like describe a bad situation and how did you get about fixing the problem. Aced the interview but background check took a while.
