The guy who is interviewing you does not even ask you complete questions. He asks half of the question and you have no idea what he is asking. The questions are not clear at all. It is almost as if they are doing it on purpose. Then when you manage to answer something, they tell you that you could have said this or that. What is the point of interviewing someone if you want them to give you this or that answer? Then when you something goes wrong with the connection and you say you cannot hear them or see them, you manage to hear them say "Well I can see you and hear you." That is implying that the interviewee is lying. Don't imply that the interviewee is lying and do not speak to them like that. Ask clear questions. Don't ask half of a question confusing the interviewee.... It is almost as if you don't want them to get hired.
