They asked me how I collaborate with others, they asked about difficult times. They asked me for ideas for their week of welcome and asked me to present with a power point. I was not compensated for the hours I spent preparing a presentation and the hours on the interview.

How do you prioritise your workload?
During the initial interview with HR the questions were pretty general: tell me about your experience, where do you see yourself in 5 years, what are you strengths, ect. During the 2nd interview, questions were more pointed and directly related to the core competencies the job required. It almost seemed like a checklist was being marked off as I answered.
