The interview was pretty standard, they asked me about my background, they told me the company was growing quickly so I needed to be able to adapt to change (not a big deal, we all go through growing pains) and they asked me about salary expectations. I wasn't in love with the fact that the CEO asked me what I was making at my current position when I made it clear I wasn't comfortable answering that.
