Worrying as they didn't t refer to my CV and the sales experience gained through previous employments... It was if they were trying to sell me the job. I'm guessing that they have a high turnover of staff.

At the luncheon but it was awkward to answer questions and also try to eat food!? This was my first lunch interview with a group. For some reason everything just felt awkward and strange and not natural. I was also asked about a time I made a mistake.
