I interviewed with Lauren over the phone first and was very excited about the role and company. When I arrived for my in-person interview, I was still excited but quickly changed my mind. I was asked three questions during the interview portion, none of which were about me or my experience. All of the questions were phrased for me to explain my thoughts on the company and position. This wouldn't have been a problem, except for the fact that the girl interviewing me was on her phone the whole time. Every chance I had to include more information about myself, my experience, and my expertise was totally disregarded and ignored. I took a 45-minute survey that was made for interns. I had to take minutes of a meeting, tell why I am a "Boss A** B*tch" and write an email on behalf of the owner.
