Where do you see yourself in five years?
Why should we hire you over someone else?
After a few rounds of inane questions, we were individually called for our one on one interview. I was not told in advance who I was meeting with (it was the owner). When the man introduced himself, I had no idea who he was. Their website has exactly zero information about the event space staff and ownership...and the owner did not offer me a business card. The site suggests that The Loft is associated with other events spaces in DC but their affiliation is a mystery.

What would you do about something you had to do but did not have all the answers?
You've been planning an event XYZ for a few months, when a week before the date of it, the customer wants to change multiple elements of it. However, you know it will simply not be possible for logistical reasons. How do you communicate this to the customer, who will definitely be upset about this fact.
