Started with a written assessment to write an 'abstracted summary' of an invention. Followed by questions about yourself and motivations for applying. Lots of technical questions about subject area. Testing understanding of patent claims and knowledge of subject area. Ended with strength based questions.
Give me an example of a time where you disagreed with your supervisor and how did you handle the disagreement.
The most out of the box question I got was "If you were to construct this team from the ground up, who (by position) would you include and why?"
