Pretty standard. Looking more for personality and fit.
Same as previously listed. Why do you want to work for USPTO? What do you know about the USPTO? How do you handle multiple projects at a time? How do you handle criticism? What are some questions you have for us? Make sure you have good answer for this last question that will make you memorable.
Experience reading technical literature. Experience with Patents. Awareness of what the job consists of.
Is the employer or employee responsible for paying state Unemployment taxes?
