Standard questions relevant to the role in terms of operational experience, prioritisation of workload and working methods. There were more EDI questions that expected, but it was a welcomed and pleasant surprise, its great to see that EDI is such a high priority for the organisation.
Weren't set questions, more of a discussion about who I was, my skills, knowledge and background, what I was looking for and hoped to bring to the role together with a discussion about the role itself, how it might develop and the make-up of the team.
