1. Telefongespräch mit Recruiter (30 min): Lebenslauf vorstellen, Gehaltswunsch, Starttermin --> allgemein 2. Videogespräch mit Team (> 1 std): 2.a. auf deutsch: - Lebenslauf vorstellen (Punkte hervorheben, die relevant für die Stelle sind), Fragen zum Lebenslauf - warum Labcorp - warum Job als CRA, wie stellen Sie sich den Job vor? - was denken Sie, sind Ihre Hauptaufgaben als CRA? - Fragen zur Stellenbeschreibung (welche Kompetenzen sollten Sie mitbringen/ bringen Sie mit/ in der Jobbeschreibung haben wir einige Kompetenzen aufgelistet: welche bringen Sie mit/ welche ist die wichtigste?) - ansonsten generelle Interview-Fragen wie zB.
