At the time I was interviewed there was no business in the region I was going to target. The uncertainty was that if I did not achieve results there would be no job for me after 6 months. Could I live with that uncertainty.

Here I was to take up a HR & Admin related job profile . In the past I have always had a strong Sales & marketing profile. Hence had to justify my experience & how I would fit in with this new profile.Having convinced the Chairman , he asked me to meet again after 4 days for final confirmation for this job.
