Adrian expressed interest in talking to Philip about High Fidelity when they met at a conference last week where Philip gave the keynote address. On his way out for the day, Philip dropped by your desk, handed you Adrian’s card, and asked you to schedule a meeting for him and Adrian. Philip said a call is fine, but if Adrian is going to be in SF sometime in the next month or so, it would be good to invite Adrian to High Fidelity’s office. Given Philip and Adrian’s schedules, you anticipate there may be some back and forth before this meeting is set. We don’t have Adrian’s assistant’s contact information. How do you move forward?
