Do you have flexible schedule ?
Depends on who interviews you? Most of the questions in the beginning with recruiters will be about your experience of working with senior management and Agile transformation projects followed by a couple of scenarios based question from mid level and high level associates in the company. They will also ask you to face client interview as in many temp/outsourcing companies. It doesn't depend on how well you do at every interview, they will find ways to turn the offer down towards the final stage after spending 2-3 months long process. However, if you have worked with senior management in the past and you have the potential to bring in additional business from some of your past clients, this company will hire you. Therefore, some of the questions towards the end will focus on if you are a sales person because this company doesn't have sales team and all consultants will need to work towards bringing in more revenue from existing or new clients.

Na entrevista foi algo bem diferente, eles usavam kanban, não usavam varias cerimônias dando abertura para vários problemas que eles realmente tinham. Mesmo ajudando e mostrando estratégias e táticas, eles mostraram um certo preconceito com o Scrum.
