The most difficult thing about the interview was that the interviewers all wanted (the interviewee) to follow what is called the STAR model. (first give a Situation or Task, then give what Action was taken, and then give the Result of it all). While it would be good interviewing technique to try to use this model in any interview, some questions are difficult to answer in this formulaic way.
