The most difficult question for me were client/software related questions. I had spent some time researching & practicing on the demo site, but it was a bit difficult to answer a hypothetical client question when I didn't know all of the policies/procedures of the company. Do your best & say what you feel is correct.
If you had a super power what would it be?
I was told this was the toughest question, but I nailed it :) If client comes to Mindbody complaining a lot of people are cancelling classes too late and that's not allowing other clients to sign up, what can you do to help them?
