Multiples questions in the application (not sure why they were asked again during a phone screen again) and commonly-asked questions: sponsorship, comp expectation, years of relevant experience, sponsorship, compensation practices (note that what they were truly looking for was your experience re: various compensation fields/plans/components e.g. exec comp, base, bonus, equity, sales comp etc.), career aspirations.
