For one interview I was not asked any questions - I had to ask the questions.
The majority of questions asked where meaningful and relevant to the job description.

Since this was for a mid/senior level position, I was not surprised by any of the questions. This position focused on retaining and growing memberships, so I did my homework in reviewing the Y's website in great detail and learn all that I could about non-profit membership related challenges via Google searches.
The interviewers asked lots of questions about strategy. It seemed to be the buzz word of the day.
