There was a lot of focus on having industry experience and knowledge. Not interested in hiring someone and allowing them to learn about the industry on the job.

I think the hardest question was a scenario question; I recall it was something like "What course of action would you take if you were having a difficulty with a project or fellow employee?"
All questions seemed relatively easy to answer since it was only the first interview. The interview lasted about 40 minutes. They asked general questions about my experience and expectations. Nothing out of the ordinary.
