They asked about past expereinces with the duties I'd have in this role. They asked about my organization, time management, and technology skills. Also about my experience with wearing multiple hats/small business mentality to pivot and juggle multiple large projects at once.
What will you do to make a difference?
3 different case studies related to HR. They were more interested in testing my communication and logical thinking ability. While the case studies were not too difficult, there was a panel of 3 trying to grill to test my patience level.
Very basic interview question like description of your job role ,expectation of job, difficulties faced in previous company, reason to leave present job etc
