The interviewer started the interview by asking “How old are you” and also asked about my marital status and even “probed” who I’m staying with. To me, I don’t see the relevance of the questions to the job. Not sure the reason for fielding such questions but it gives the impression that the company includes these information in their hiring decision which would constitutes to discriminatory hiring?
