Didn’t get many “questions” but more so telling them about myself. It’s a sales job, so had to sell that i would be a great fit for the company.

The COO asked me if I thought recruiting was an HR function, or should it be placed under Operations. A very good question, as I've worked under both scenarios, and each have their own Pros and Cons.
