We want a refreshed talent strategy that's in line with our company mission and values, and keeps us flush with the best and brightest employees. The new plan must articulate attitudes and behaviors that drive the way we attract, select, develop, and retain employees, and it all needs to be in line with our goals around diversity and inclusion.”
