Do you use SAP program?
They asked if I would be willing to answer the telephone for people that I did not work for. Port Authority will not hire a receptionist. They also will not install voice mail. If someone calls and you are not at your desk, the call is lost. If you answer the phone for an attorney on the other side of the building, how can you tell if they are there or not?

Why did you leave the military?
The recruiter asked me about my experiences as a Secretary and why I left my jobs. Because of my spouse being in the military, we had to move a lot. He also asked about my secretarial skills.

What was my notice period with previous employer
The most difficult question I can remember answering, just because it caught me off guard, was when Mr. Heck explained that Ohio does have the death penalty and would I be comfortable working on cases where we would be putting people to death?
