A lot of the time was spent engaging in obligatory organizational puffery that every healthcare organization seems to engage in. A lot of egos making a lot of assumptions based upon a limited amount of candidate input. Got the impression that the time spent was merely filling a time slot in the interviewer's day. Past experience and answers seemed to be inconsequential.
