I had the interview with the Sales & Marketing Director Hannah and was condescending, patronising and seemed that she didn't want to interview me. She only focused on the weaknesses rather than what I'm good at. Super tense interview.

They held out a jar filled with tabs of paper, each containing one word, a product. Some were mundane others more fantastic, they asked us to reach into the jar, pick a piece of paper, and sell them the object/idea in 30 seconds.
They would ask how I would handle different situations or conversations with clients.

What is your performance for the last 8 years
They did not ask anything truly in depth as it is my belief that it didn't matter to them as they were not going to follow through on their promises anyway.
