What percentage of creativity is visual vs planning?
The interview was very much a discussion rather than a traditional interview. One topic was centered on my experience.
Various general questions, none specific. They were more concerned with the fact that I didn't look the part: as a polite, well educated woman, not very tall, they were concerned that I wasn't tough enough. Next time I will be very rude, so maybe men will be convinced that being rude means being tough. I was very amazed at how much sexism there is still around.
