Why did you want to get into consulting? Have you ever been in a situation where you disagreed with the lead auditor/management? Outside of SOX, what audits have you performed/willing to perform? Work-scenario questions for IT auditors: Change management, logical access, specific system and applications questions. As long as you have your basics and ITGC's down, this portion should be fairly manageable. They did grill me on logical access and change management, so I'm assuming there will be a lot of SOX related work in the pipeline.

There were no questions that really stumped candidates. This is not the goal of the interview. The entire interview process was around fit and fit-type questions. They asked every type of fit-type questions. "Tell me about a time when you..." If you are prepared for multiple win, loss, challenge, difficulty, personal challenge, etc., you should be ok.

1) How have you learned Japanese? 2) A long text about auto driving technology and its applications. I had to read out loud the text in Japanese and translate them into English.
