Being asked for a salary range for a job without having discussed any of the relevant information upon which any range could be calculated. I can see that at the end of a conversation, but not 5-10 minutes in after barely exchanging introductions.

There are 8 behavioral questions if I am not mistaken.
None of the question were difficult or unexpected, although I have many years of work experience and am comfortable with this process. They were screening for personality, passion, energy, experience, and if there is a cultural fit within the organization, which is understandable. Just be yourself and trust in their judgement to know the 'type' of person they are looking for. Speaking for experience, it does make for a productive and pleasant team environment.

The interview was mostly about my professional experience and university activities. Assessment Centre was a little difficult. Each applicant took on a role part of a made up company and gave presentations and pretend-meetings.
