What was an instance where you went above and beyond what was required at your job?
They said they were interviewing all candidates anyway and showed no genuine interest in my candidacy, which I found quite rude. In hindsight, it makes sense, especially since the recruiter only reached out a month after I applied online. It was frustrating to have my time wasted like that, particularly after driving two hours each way. Overall, the experience felt very unprofessional, which is unfortunately not uncommon at Nintendo of America.

They always begin by asking “tell us about your education and work experiences and how they are relevant to the role that you are applying for today”. They also asked me to reflect on a time where I had safeguarding concerns for a person’s welfare and what I did to manage it. Another question was about how to manage conflict with a co-worker. Give meaty examples.
