The biggest ones of note were about your ability to interact with other departments or high-level administration, especially in an academic setting which can be highly challenging.
The testing was interesting and comprehensive. Standard to all positions so curious how it related to the position interviewing for - didn't see the validity - but if you get called in bone up on algebra type questions.
