My original hire interview was for a Facility Supervisor position as a contracted consultant. The interview consisted of about 1 hour in my manager's office fielding experience and technical questions background experience with employers. After the interview, a site walking tour lasting about 1 hour was performed. On that visit, machinery was referenced, and specific issues related to operation or maintenance were posed. These questions were answered satisfactorily and the exchange was candid.

Firstly I interviewed with store manager.He asked my previous experience and why you want to change your job and after that the H.R Manager took my interview.
How do I deal with processes that aren't getting the job done.
Based on the location of my family which determines where I will be during the weekends, how are my going to handle operational issues over this period.
