They asked about one tiny detail on my research project I did 3 years ago, and I got stumped.
The interviewer didn't ask any difficult questions, really his only question was " tell me about yourself"
Can you give a brief summary of the job description?
They just asked me questions that gauged my mechanical/ electrical abilities.
I tend to be a perfectionist, therefore it has been difficult for me to delegate to others. But I have found out that in order to develop the organization, as well as my team, everyone in the company must be experienced with many tasks.
Tell us an example of a time where you had to make a difficult decision? What did you do and what was the outcome?
I guess I'll never know.
