Last interview with HR was the most difficult. How do you build a team? After answered asked what else did you do about 4-5 times. Also asked about disapling staff and action plans and specifically how I made action plans measurable and wanted specifics about staff that worked for me. Hard to answer as I don't think it is appreciate to speak negatively about staff to anyone other then your supervisor or HR at your current position. I felt uncomfortable. Asked about my knowledge of company and why I wanted to work for them based on what I knew about company
