Technical questions were based on mechanical and electrical infrastructures of like facilities and what was you greatest technical achievement. Brush up on humidification, Psychrometric Chart etc. Read all the publicly available info on the facility. Interpersonal/situational questions were of the generic tell me about a time type, do you like to work alone or in groups, what type of manager do you like to work for.
Tell me about a time you and someone had a disagreement and how did you handle it.
Highlight an achievement you have had in your career.
How did you stack up compared to your peers? What accomplishments or awards do you have?
How do you go about field sales and how do you handle rejection?
