I can't remember the specific questions they asked me it is all situational or they ask about your previous experience.
What is your overall approach to engaging students in the classroom?
Tell us about a difficult employee interaction and explain how you resolved it.
None really. As most students are seriously under prepared and are adult students there are Q's about your experience about that.
This focused on how I would address student concerns about moral or ethical conflicts regarding specific assignments of exercises such as figure drawing.
It is not always a question. Often they ask for a presentation that correlates to the job to which you are applying.
