Most questions revolved around if you would be a good fit for the firm. For example, if you would be willing to go the extra mile for the client, your previous billing and paralegal experience, and if you and the managing attorney have a good rapport. In terms of salary, they gave me a lot more than what I was asking for which I thought was very nice. I was also able to talk to another paralegal one on one which I thought was smart.

What would you do if a client was drunk in the classroom?
For the Wonderlic test, it was mostly basic logic problems, grammar, vocabulary, and basic math (like percentages, low level algebra, division, number sequences, etc.). As for the the interviews, they were very in-depth. I did 2 interviews, the first was about 90min and the 2nd was about 60min, both in-person. General sales interview questions like how I stay motivated, how I stay organized, strengths, weaknesses, working style preferences, values/ethics, etc.
