What skills do you think are important when working with children?
There were many questions regarding specific challenging scenarios that one may have to react to in a home visit. Complicated, difficult to work out what they actually wanted. I gave concrete, specific examples of what I had done so far. Some questions were odd, like the diversity question. As a non-hiring employee in my current work place I have no ability to ensure diversity in the hiring process. They were just box ticking and it made the whole process feel horrible.

What's the most annoying thing a coworker has ever done to you?
In person, quick.- Cannot recall entirely. This was many years ago. I recall feeling very comfortable, leadership was accommodating during the interview. Was not tense environment during the interview. Director and supervisor were the only one in the interview.
