The case interviews were the most difficult part for me since that was the first time I've done a case interview.
What are your greatest strengths?
Questions in the behavioral interview were fairly straight forward. The case interview was difficult but manageable. During the case interview stay calm and show that you can work effectively and logically under pressure. Remember that getting the "correct" answer isn't necessary and that the more important thing is to effectively display your analytical skills and reasoning.

Applying for a human capital position meant they wanted to see specific HC knowledge, which may differ from S&O. Needed to be able to apply Kotter, ProSci or some change management framework in a decent amount of detail to stand out.
